FokusPoint Digital, LLC was founded in 2011 as a marketing consulting firm by a senior leader in the Marketing, Sales, and Business Development arena. In 2019, the company added the human resources (HR) consulting vertical and brought in a senior leader in HR and Talent Acquisition to lead the growth of the new vertical as well as to build the overall branding of the company.
We help our clients focus on their top priorities, strategic initiatives, and/or tactical goals and then we point them in the right direction for the future by providing solutions and services aligned to their needs and all within a digital world. The “k” in the name makes the spelling globally universal like our services – we can work with clients anywhere in the world. Our overarching mission is to help our clients build their future successfully.
Jane Baczynski has over 25 years of human resources experience ranging from generalist to specialist in talent acquisition, with global multi-billion dollar firms, medium-sized firms, and start-ups, and across several industries and geographies. Her current role is Managing Director of Talent Acquisition Consulting at FokusPoint Talent, a division of FokusPoint Digital, LLC, where her primary objective is to build the human resources consulting vertical with emphasis on talent acquisition to service companies as well as individuals. Jane earned her Bachelor of Science from Penn State University and Master of Business Administration from Boston University in addition to earning and maintaining certifications as a Professional in Human Resources and SHRM Certified Professional. She is a member of National SHRM and North Jersey-Rockland County Chapter SHRM as well as an active volunteer in her local community.
