Fast Facts Friday…LinkedIn: founded in 2003 in California, 16,000 employees, 675 million members in 200 countries, and the U.S. has the highest membership followed by India, China, Brazil, and Great Britain.
I speak to many members and non-members who still view LinkedIn as only a job seeker tool and I share with them all the other ways it’s used now. A few examples include thought leadership, industry insights, employer branding, tool sharing, and more (stay tuned for more on this topic in the coming weeks and months).
It’s always a great idea to keep your LinkedIn profile up-to-date as it’s your personal professional brand and to be regularly active with your network.
